MEDITRAN S 30 adalah pelumas mesin diesel tugas berat, yang diformulasikan dari base oil yang mempunyai viscosity index tinggi dan aditif yang seimbang.
MEDITRAN S 30 memberikan perlindungan terhadap keausan dan korosi serta efektif dalam mengontrol terbentuknya deposit.
MEDITRAN S 30 dapat digunakan untuk pelumasan mesin diesel kendaraan, alat berat, industri maupun perkapalan putaran tinggi jenis turbocharged, supercharged, atau naturally aspirated.
MEDITRAN S 30 juga dianjurkan untuk sistem tranmisi dan hidrolik pada mesin tugas berat.

MEDITRAN S 30 memenuhi spesifikasi API CF/CF2, MB-Approval 228.0 (SAE 40) dan MB-Approval 235.12, dan Komatsu KES 07.851.2000 (SAE 40).
MEDITRAN S 30 juga memenuhi spesifikasi ACEA E2-96, CAT TO-2, MIL-L-2104D dan MIL-L-46152B.
MEDITRAN S 30 memenuhi spesifikasi Allison C4.
